My Story
This year will be my 13th year doing the race for life. I take part in it every year to raise money for cancer research. But since 2014 I have a personal reason to do it as my nan got digoansed with bowel cancer and in 2015 she sadly lost the battle. My nan was a huge part of my life as i saw her every day right up until the day she passed away. When she passed away it felt like I'd lost my right arm. So taking part in the race for life means alot to me.

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
