Story

I’m still not quite over the shock of landing a ballot place at the London Marathon 2019. Despite having a ballot place though I want to run to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

My granny and auntie were both taken away from us due to cancer but more closely to me I lost my mum to cancer when I was 16 and she herself was only 37. As I have approached and past that age I have realised just how very young she was when the terrible disease took her away from us.

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m raising money for Cancer Research UK. Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
