Cancer Research are asking people to jog 31 miles in August. I'm going to double this, and jog 62 miles over the month to help beat cancer. Those of you who know me will know that I absolutely hate exercise in any form, so this will be a real challenge for me! Please sponsor me for this amazing cause, something that is close to my heart and the hearts of so many others. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
