My Story

I am 13 years old and I will be completing the ‘Cycle 200 Miles Challenge” for Cancer Research UK. I love cycling and also repairing bicycles, therefore I will be supporting Cancer Research UK by doing this bike ride. You may ask, who is Lynda Mary Ward? Lynda was my grandma who sadly passed away on the 01/07/2024 due to cancer. I will never forget how she always used to wave goodbye to me as I left for school or for a bike ride. I shared a special bond with my grandma who was always interested in whatever I did and I especially enjoyed the times that we went out for coffee and she would always treat me to a cake.
