My Story

Alison Waterhouse (ICS Umbrella) is taking part in Yorkshire Takes to the Stage (a Business Beats Cancer Yorkshire event) Alison said: Cancer has become something that feels incredibly close to home for me. My father-in-law is currently living a relatively normal life thanks to the incredible treatment he has received through chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Unfortunately, surgery isn't an option for him, its because of the work that people do and the money we raise, he and many others can live with cancer. Business Beats Cancer Yorkshire work on behalf of Cancer Research UK and all monies raised will be restricted to be spent on the ground breaking research happening in Yorkshire.
