In 2018 I lost my dad to a brain tumour and unfortunately he had a long hard battle for 6 months. Thankfully CRUK has meant that the 1 in 2 people that get Cancer - now over 50% of sufferers survive, funds are proving to help fight this I will be fundraising from 4th Aug to 10 Oct but the main event (the 24 hour stream) will take place on Saturday 11th September from 10am onwards
CAUSE
Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. Help us carry out world-class research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer.
