For all my friends and loved ones who have been affected by cancer.

I am participating in the 5k Race for Life on 13 May. I'm walking, rather than running, because I have dodgy knees and hips, but hey, it's the thought that counts, right!

Probably most (if not all?) of us have been affected by cancer in our loved ones, our friends or ourselves.

I'm taking part for all of my loved ones and everybody else, but this year I am taking part particularly because my dear pal, Katy, has organised for a group of us to walk / run together because over the past year both her Mum and Dad (two great people!) have been living with cancer and all that, that entails.

You might already know and be sponsoring Katy in which case please don't feel you need to sponsor me too!

But if you do want to sponsor me GREAT!

Lots of love to you all.

Xana xx

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
