Thank you very much for visiting my Fundraising Page. The money we raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Cancer is a horrible, life changing disease and without reason or cause can take the lives of those closest to us. Hopefully the money we raise will go towards providing more comfortable treatment and then eventually being able to cure this disease. #RunForJim Our dad was bitten with the parkrun bug summer '18 after I managed to convince him to join me at the Woodley course for my 25th birthday. He then went on to complete some 62 parkruns in total. We are going to have a group run in memory of Jim on Sat 4th Sept and aim to run the course in his very respectable PB time of 31:02. For those that can't make it please feel free to record your own 5k and share it on this page! #RideForJim For something slightly more testing and to those who have a 'suitable' bike, a group ride from Reading to Barnsley is being planned, with the aim to complete the 200+ hilly miles in no more than 4 days. We will publish more information as soon as these events are organised for anyone wanting to support / see us off!
