10,000 steps a day might not sound like much for some of you, but I'm glued (not literally) to my desk for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. So, I will definitely need to put in some effort to get this done! All steps will be logged on my watch as proof! So help me be more active this month and raise a few quid for Cancer Reaearch.
