CANCER needs to be eradicated for good!! 40 days of challenging myself is the least I can do to help

My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. As people who know me know, I like a challenge. This past year especially, I have been very close with this word CANCER through family, friends, and even myself having a breast cancer scare at the start of this year. So, what can I do to challenge myself for this cause so close to my heart. Not only am I signing up to the 10,000 steps a day throughout March, I am taking this one step further and also giving up alcohol from 1st March through to Good Friday for Lent. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. This won't be easy, by any stretch especially with the fun and frolics I get up to, but I WILL do this. It will help my fitness, and my health long term as well as raising money for this amazing cause. Thank you in advance xxx

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
