Every year, our children vote for a charity to support for the year. School council shortlist the nominations then the final 3 make presentations in assembly for the whole school to vote. Cancer Research UK is our charity of this year because many of our school community have had first-hand experience of this illness. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. All the money we raise will help Cancer Reasearch UK's groundbreaking work. Thank you for sponsoring our children.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
