WHRFC fundraising to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness

My Story

Hi Thank you for visiting our Fundraising Page. On Saturday 1st September WHRFC will be presenting Ladies Day 2018. An event which will coincide with the first league weekend of the rugby season, with two home fixtures that day, it is the ideal opportunity for ladies to come and support a fantastic cause in Cancer Research. Should it take your fancy popping out for the games, we hope the lads will put a show on, on the pitch as well. Ladies Day is something that we envisage becoming an annual fixture in the calendar for the club. It would be great if you could support this event. Breast Cancer is something that has affected a number of people with close links to the club, this coupled with the nature of the event - being a Ladies Day, the decision was made that the day should support this wonderful cause. As such all funds raised will be directed specifically towards Breast Cancer. The money we raise will both help fund life-saving research and raise much needed awareness.
