Coventry & Warwickshire Pretty Muddy 5k 2019

We're taking part in the Race for Life Pretty Muddy 5K Challenge to raise money, save lives and beat cancer sooner.

My Story

Dear friends and family, The fight against cancer goes on. There is no one we know who can say they DO NOT have a friend or relative who has battled this terrible illness. We have decided to help in a small way in fighting this disease – through the Race for Life 5K Pretty Muddy Challenge at Stoneleigh Park on Saturday 29th June 2019. We are dedicating this challenge to all those we know who have cancer right now or have lost the battle. The ‘Wharf Ladies’ (Sam Wasmuth, Sue Crowfoot, Luan Isaac, Emma Pallett, Libby Pallett, Suzanne Payne, Anne Chesters, Emma Beasley, Lilly Beasley, Emme Turner, Vicky Clarke, Natalie Grant, Jane Rowe, Rio Hobbis, Lauren McIntosh and Helen McIntosh) are entering the event as a team and will be raising funds for Cancer Research UK. We have all committed to taking on this 5k muddy obstacle course…...’climbing, crawling and sliding’ our way to beat cancer. Cancer plays dirty, but so do we! Now, your part is easy. All you need to do is commit to sponsoring us. Thanks in advance for your thoughtfulness and generosity. The Wharf Ladies xx
