My Story
Thanks for visiting my Race for life page. We all know someone who has been affected by cancer. If it wasn’t for Cancer Research I wouldn’t be here enjoying life with my boys (Beau and Rufus). I had Stage 3 invasive cancer and had to have Lumpectomy, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Herceptin (which at the time was still experimental) and then Tamoxifen. I am currently 11 years all clear. Thanks to Cancer Research and a lot of positivity 😁 After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever. That's why I'll be taking part in the Race for Life at Home. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today!
