Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

Although my official race was cancelled, I went out on the 18th of July and ran 4 miles at Combwich with my friend Hayley. We managed it in 36m 26s which wasn't bad considering the heat that day. I want to thank everyone who has sponsored me so far. Cancer Research has been hit hard during the pandemic as fundraising events have been cancelled and research technicians have had to help with covid 19 studies. We've all lost someone with cancer. I've lost two close friends and know of three more having treatment. If you haven't donated already, please support Cancer Research and ensure that there is cancer care for all of us. Many thank Wendy💞
