Carol Avis
My friend and colleague Carol ran the race every year. She died of the disease a few weeks before the race in 2013. We got a team together of work colleagues and ran the race on her behalf. This year I am taking part to remember her and also family members that we have lost to this awful disease. Please give what you can....every penny counts. Thank you all for your support. CAUSE
