Shine Night Walk London 2022 - Full Marathon
Sat 24 Sep 2022 - Sat 24 Sep 2022
I am doing this challenge for the Jawsome (intentional spelling) Jules - my lovely team mate and friend who was diagnosed with cancer last year. Jules is in her early 40's, is an active person who lives a healthy lifestyle. She is one of the nicest people in the world. Always positive and upbeat and helps lift the spirits of all those around her. She sees the good in everyone and everything. I remember where I was when I found out about her diagnosis. I felt hopeless and didn't know the words to say. There are no words or hugs that can change things. However I have decided to put my feet to good use to do a marathon night walk to raise money for Cancer Research. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s ground breaking work. Donate to my Giving Page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
