Cancer has robbed us of so many loved ones...my Gran to Bowel Cancer, then my Step Dad to Lung Cancer, then my Mum was taken far too young (aged 57) after a short, dreadful battle with Pancreatic Cancer. My Uncle Trev has fought it too and has thankfully got the all clear, 6 years later. Aunty Glen sadly lost her battle too. Last October, we then lost Uncle Rob, taken far too young due to Bowel Cancer! ( aged 54). I’ve got another close relative fighting this dreadful disease daily. So ...I walk for everyone this year, for those lost, those who’ve fought and those still fighting! I cannot bring them back, but I can raise funds to find better treatments and hopefully a cure for this dreadful disease!
