My Story
Knitter Wendy Dinnage (aka Honestmitten) will be completing the Knitting Challenge this December 2024 to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Ironically, a standing joke amongst family and friends has been that with a room full of wool she’s always had more yarn than years….. Wendy x 1 Dec 2024 Update : 1 March 2025 Three months after my initial devastating diagnosis and following surgery , scans and blood tests my oncology team have been able to now change my diagnosis to a stage 1A cancer (pending regular assessments & scans at The Royal Marsden) but my fundraising commitment for Cancer Research UK continues !
