Class date: Wednesday 14 October 12:30 - 13:15 Class description: Every Bar class starts with a warm-up, upper-body exercises, followed by a sequence of leg and bum work at the barre (chair back) and core exercises on the floor. The method predominantly uses your own bodyweight for resistance to exhaust your muscles until they start to tremble – this is called the ‘Barre Shake’! Class length: 45 minutes Class difficulty: all levels (however you will feel the burn in your muscles!)
