We're going sugar-free for a month to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

My Story

So, this sounds like hard work but this month me, my son Dorian, aged 12, and Jody will go sugar free for our health, and we may as well do it for a good cause. This means no: Chocolate Biscuits Desserts Cakes Sweets Ice cream Sugary fizzy drinks/cordial Condiments such as ketchup etc It also means we'll be avoiding hidden sugar in other products. NHS Live Well states a product is low sugar if it contains 5g or less for every 100g. Please support us, this is going to be an interesting month...!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
