So, this sounds like hard work but this month me, my son Dorian, aged 12, and Jody will go sugar free for our health, and we may as well do it for a good cause. This means no:
Sugary fizzy drinks/cordial
Condiments such as ketchup etc
It also means we'll be avoiding hidden sugar in other products. NHS Live Well states a product is low sugar if it contains 5g or less for every 100g.
