My Story

About this event: This year would have seen the 15th Louth Run For Life. In these uncertain times this year’s event has been cancelled but we still want you to get out and do your 5k. Ideal for everyone to get involved! Entry is the same as the usual run and every single person who participates can be proud they are making a difference and helping to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK. You need to walk, run or jog your way to complete 5k throughout September. On the day: Complete your 5k throughout September **IMPORTANT** Participants taking part should do so safely and in full accordance with all government guidance. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
