My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I have a personal experience with cancer being diagnosed with brain cancer about a year and half ago, I have had one brain surgery and radiotherapy over the past year and I am still living with it. If it wasn't for the advances on information and development of techniques and technologies, this could have ended up much worse for me and my life could have been much different. Thanks to the research done I have survived so far without any long-term damage and I cannot express enough the gratitude towards NGOs such as Cancer Research, MacMillian and many others out there that work everyday to fundraise money for such an important cause. I consider myself lucky. There are many people around the world that right now are fighting for their lives. One in two people will develop cancer at some point in their lives and this is an issue that should not be ignored. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the entire month to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. No matter how much you donate, the impact it could have would be substantial and could change and save lives. Thank you!
