My Story
I’ve decided to participate in the 100 pushups a day challenge in January (unless I get an operation date, in which case I do it till then and resume as soon as able to afterwards). For good measure I checked myself today (27/12/24), done 40 with my knees down and I currently can’t lift my arms, so go me; this really is a challenge. I don’t think Cancer Research UK needs any introduction. We all know people that are battling cancer or its many side tragedies. Anything that can help earlier diagnosis is worth trying. So watch me die building the biggest arms I had in my life, and donate a few quids if you can.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
