I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money for a very worthwhile cause.
My Story
So here goes...as you know I am built for comfort rather than speed so the 5K will be a challenge!!! Any donations to this great cause between now and the 14th July will be appreciated. Training is starting with some 5K park runs (walks) in various secret locations :-) And in case you're wondering why Harrogate.... nobody knows me there - and it's a good excuse to have a weekend away and some retail therapy with one of my oldest friends and partner in crime Heather who will also be joining me on the day. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
