My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to complete 100 skips every day in October to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. I am usually good at donating for other people’s fundraising and decided to get off my butt and do something good for cancer research. There’s so many great causes to raise money for and I know it can be very individual what you agree on raising for and who. But I choose CRUK because I’m always in hope that someone will find a cure. Only in the news this month through research has there been a break through in connecting air pollution with the disease. Research is required to help in my opinion and I know too many people affected by this horrid disease (lung, prostrate, skin, bowel, breast, blood, bone, bladder and the list could go on) so for the future generations this is for you. X

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
