Cancer is happening right now. In Oct 18, Penny’s Mummy was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I’m June 19, she was given the wonderful news of ‘No Disease Evident’. These 3 little words are as close to being told you no longer have cancer as you can get. This was only possible because of the research that is being done and it is so important that the research continues. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. This is why we are taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives.
