Vicky's Race for Life
Maidstone Pretty Muddy 5k 2019
Sun 7 Jul 2019 - Sun 7 Jul 2019
16 years ago, I lost my Mum to ovarian cancer. She was the last in a long line of relatives to have the disease and I don't want to see anymore suffer.
In memory of
Elaine Walton
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. Not enough was known about cancer to save my Mum. In the time since she passed, no much more research has been done and treatments are so much more advanced but it still isn't enough. My Mum was a mere 14 years older than I am now. It's cruel and has no filters, it can kill anyone of us. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me- anything you can spare will help us beat cancer.
