In memory of
My mother June, father in-law Tom and anybody else who have lost loved ones to cancer
Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Most of you who know me well cancer always seems to be close to me. I lost my grand parents and my mother (June) to cancer and father in-law (Tom) to cancer too, so this means a lot to me. My health has not been brilliant too as I suffer from Crohn's disease which is also linked to bowel cancer. I had major surgery back in December 2018 to remove my diseased part of my colon, been on all kinds of drugs to reduce and then enhance my immune system, I am slowing starting to get my life back to normal and starting todo things I once enjoyed. I have always wanted to "Brave the shave" so lets do this.....

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
