My Story
In memory of a long list of people who deserved better. Looking back over the past decade, some of the sadder moments in my life have been stained by cancer. I've seen two versions of the cancer experience. Aunts, uncles and close family friends left us with cherished memories after fighting and slowly slipping away in pain. I've also seen people close to me survive cancer and take more from the disease than it took from them. Sadly, I've seen more of the first version than the second. So this dry January is about shifting the balance. Support me in helping more people have the second experience of cancer and give whatever you can. With more research we can help more people benefit from new treatments. Thank you for taking the time to read and thank you for anything you decide to donate. V x
