I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money for Cancer Research and to save lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. This is my millionth attempt at Couch to 5k and I’m looking forward to the run. I am finally getting fit as I edge towards my big birthday. I realise 5k is small fry in comparison to some of the phenomenal challenges which many friends have undertaken but I need to start somewhere!
