My Story
I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. As a cancer survivor myself who participated in a trial during my breast cancer journey I am fully aware of the good work carried out by the research which is funded by CRUK. A dear friend of mine is currently fighting her own secondary cancer battle and doing so successfully because she is participating in a trial treatment which is not only working but enabling her to enjoy a wonderful quality of life. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
