In Memory Of Uncle Ian

My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page guys. Last year I lost my dear Uncle Ian to Leukemia. It was one of the most heartbreaking experiences I and my family have ever had to go through. It left a gap that will never be filled. There will never be another him or a person like him. He was unique and he was the most wonderful man you could ever meet. Every day I think about him and wish he was still alive, and without a shadow of a doubt, he would be, if it wasn't for Cancer. I'm sure a lot of you know losing a loved one is hard both physically and mentally, and in many many cases Cancer is the cause. But I feel strongly that with your help we can prevent an incredible amount of people from struggling and dying sooner than they have to and leaving people behind to try and cope and live without them because of this illness. Shortly after he died I gained an Assistant Manager position at Cancer Research UK to help fight and beat this terrible disease. Uncle Ian was and is my motivation for joining and continuing to fight amongst those who currently have Cancer in my family. I strongly believe that with your help we can achieve this, that we can beat cancer if we pull TOGETHER. So come on people! Let's raise some money. Help fund the research and help save lives!
