Running is a huge part of my life, it helps me keep fit but also raise money for a great cause!
Cancer has been the cause of too many losses. I am very fortunate to still have my grandma who has been diagnosed and treated on time to be given the all clear in her 90s. I am running very regurlarly now and I love it, it is a big part of my lifestyle. It is a wonderful opportunity for me to challenge myself and participate in a heart warming event at the same time. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
