My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. I’ll be ditching the drink for one month to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Please dig deep and donate now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. As many of you know I lost my Grandad to cancer recently, but not drinking alcohol is very important to me and raising money for cancer research is something I take great pride in. I'm doing this not only for my Grandad, but also for my Nan, who thankfully beat cancer a few years back. I have seen the devastation cancer causes first hand, and I will always fight hard to raise money so that everyone can beat cancer.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
