I am 15 years old and Im running for a person, who is very close to me, that is in remission from Breast cancer and i would like to do my part in helping by running a 10km charity run raising money for cancer research. This is very important to me because the person i am running for has helped me numerous times in my life and has influenced me, as a person, to do more for others as well as myself. They’re my role model and that will never change.
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
