My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page. The neighbourhood of Tregaer got together to raise funds for Cancer Research as cancer has directly affected our community. On 12th of May, fourteen gardens will be open to visit in the village between 11 am and 4 pm. All the gardens are different in terms of layout, planting and size. There will also be refreshments, music, activities for children and plant sales. All the gardens are on a 4 km loop with parking available at various positions around the loop. If you feel the 4km walk will be too challenging then please drive clockwise between car parks to avoid congestion on the lanes. You are welcome to start your visit at any of the car parks. The programme and map are now available on this page with the locations of the gardens and details of extra the attractions. Wrist band tickets for admission to all of the gardens are £5 each and children under the age of 12 go free. You can buy your wrist band at your first car park and collect a copy of the programme and map, or purchase in advance (see poster below for details). A Gnome Trail sheet for children to complete around the gardens will also be available on the day. Dogs on leads are welcome.
