I'm taking part in a Very 2020 Race for Life to help beat cancer

In memory of

Janet my mom

My goal for this year was to do the race for life in my moms memory, it’s been a turbulent year, firstly I had hip replacement surgery in January and then COVID 19 hit and the whole country was thrown into turmoil. When we do race for life in September I’ll be 9 months post op and very much on my way to full recovery, I’m doing this not only in memory of my mom but in memory of every loved one in my family that has been affected by cancer some of whom are sadly no longer with us.

After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever.

That's why I'll be taking part in a Very 2020 Race for Life. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today!

If you’d like to join the Very 2020 Race for Life community, then sign up at raceforlife.org/2020

We won’t let 2020 stop us.
