In memory of
Lille & Milton (Nana & Grandad)
Most of you know that from 2005-2010 I did this race every year. I raised around 4-5k during that time (once as part of a bigger group). However, my last RFL was in 2010, the year my Nana died of breast cancer. After that I found it too hard to deal with, and stopped entering. But since then I've lost more friends to this horrible disease and have others living with it and giving it all they've got. If I can raise some more cash to help them and others like them, it seems like a small sacrifice to try and get over this emotional hurdle & get going again. Eitherway, I'm determined! We all know someone living with, or touched by cancer. Please support me and, in turn them. Every penny counts. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
