My friends Son Sam was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at just 18 months old and lost his fight just a few days after his 3rd birthday in April this year. ? He had spent half of his life putting up such a brave & courageous flight. No child should ever be faced with battling Cancer. Yet each year so many do. I, like many many other felt helpless for so long, I now feel like I am going "something". I am joining Sam's Mummy & friends to complete the half marathon Shine walk in London. We will shine bright for Sam. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives.
