Tracy takes on Dryathlon
Hi everyone and thanks for taking time to read my page. Those of you who know me will know why I’m doing this, and also how much of a challenge it will be ;) For those who don’t know me so well, my husband Mark was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma just over 2 years ago, and its only thanks to the research that has provided the treatment that he has been given since that diagnosis that he is still here today. The battle is still being fought every day and the struggle is very real - it’s hard, unbelievably hard, for hundreds of thousands of people who are literally fighting for their lives. That statement is equally true for both of us, but far more so for Mark, (I may change that statement half way through the month!) so if I can raise some money to fund more research, that may, one day, find the breakthrough to wipe out this vile disease, then the sacrifice of not drinking alcohol for a month will be well worth it. Thanks for reading this, and please, if you can, donate what you can to this great cause. Thank you
