Tracey's Race for Life

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. I am doing this race, which is well outside of my comfort zone, after being encouraged by my good friend Caroline. She and I have decided to do this not only to challenge ourselves but to support Stuart Bolton, a young man sadly diagnosed with a brain tumour at the age of 27. He has shown great strength throughout the years, facing radiotherapy twice, chemotherapy and other medicines all of which have affected his life due to their side effects. Unfortunately he knows that there is currently no cure for his condition. Despite this, he lives every day to the full, showing amazing positivity with support from his wife and family. He has become a dad to a beautiful little girl in that time and makes her proud on a daily basis. The way in which he and his family face each twist and turn of his journey is truly inspirational and so please please please donate as much as you can, not only to see me do something I am sure many of your never thought I could do, but also to help all those people in Stuart's shoes.
