Tracey's Race for Life

This year will be my 16th year entering the race for life. Myself and friends are taking part this year in full fancy dress. From tutus to Sonic the Hedgehog, Dalmatians to Buzz Lightyear. Many different characters will be walking round the 5k course collecting extra pennies in buckets as we go. I never forget the seriousness of the day and what we are all there for, I've lost many friends and family over the years to this horrible desese. I just try to lighten the mood on the day, help to make people smile and all join in together to raise as much money as possible to keep fighting for a cure!! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
