My Story

Call me crazy or could it just be senility setting in but I have signed up for not just one race for life but..... 5, yes 5 fun runs, ending with a 10k run in York in September. I'm not one of the fittest, hell let's be honest I'm slightly rotund, so this is a huge deal for me... remember exercise is a dirty word. But this is a disease that affects so many of us and a bit of running will not kill me... I hope!!
