My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. We all know someone who is either fighting cancer, someone who has kicked its ass or someone who has lost there battle to this terrible disease. 1 in 2 people is a crazy statistic and it shows that we need to raise as much as we can to help those around us or who knows one day it may even be you. Any donation big or small will make a difference.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
