In June this year I lost a huge part of me, my mum, she passed of secondary cancer that was very aggressive and fought with all her might but was beaten She was a highly empathic, sensitive woman who shone light into the lives of everyone that knew her I will never, ever get over the loss but hope I can contribute towards research and save others going through this horrible disease Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
