My Story
In March 2022, my amazing mum was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer. Since then she has made a full recovery thanks to the amazing treatment she received from the NHS, particularly from the breast cancer unit at University College Hospital in London. We are so thankful for their amazing care and constant observation since her all-clear. I am running my race for my mum, and to hopefully help there one day be a cure for this horrible disease, and until then support those who need treatment and ensure they have the best possible care! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
