My Story
In memory of my late uncle, who sadly passed away in the spring of last year, I will be walking the Shine Night Walk on the 26th October 2019. Gavin was such a brilliant, fun, kind, and genuine guy that just lit up the room, and we all really miss him. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
