My Story
I was diagnosed with womb cancer a few months ago. After being told the only treatment would be a hysterectomy I found research showing hormone therapy that works and thankfully my doctor allowed me to take that route as I'd like to have a child! Not everyone is that lucky when they are told they have cancer and so I'm using my experience to help raise awareness and money to help others so hopefully more people get better news and can survive cancer! Cancer research has always been close to my heart after losing two grandparents to cancer and I'm excited to take part in the Pretty Muddy with the amazing ladies at work who have been so supportive to me! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
