My Story
16 family and friends have got together to support this amazing charity and try to beat this horrendous disease, which has affected all of our lives at some point. Those walking are Lesley Whitwell, Carolynne Golding, Shirley Cook, Tracy Rolls, Christine Delaney, Sue Horscroft, Nadine Niblett, Tony Gibbs, Alfie Gibbs, Lou Lou Whitwell, Jadene Whitwell, Rhys Webb, Sam Hart, Charlotte Baker, Mike Kazemi & Rob Baker Whether recovering, still fighting or for those who lost their battle, we want to remember them all and make sure this charity has the funds to continue the great work it does in finding cures. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
